Our Research Methodology
Each guide begins with one reader question. We check relevant seller information, accessible primary research and institutional guidance, then write conclusions no stronger than the material supports. This is a public-source editorial assessment, not a medical review or a systematic review of all sleep literature.
Research Sequence
- Identify the exact product and question.
- Check public seller descriptions and commercial terms.
- Look for finished-product research before relying on ingredient studies.
- Record design, population, preparation, dose, outcome and limitations.
- Separate consumer allegations, company replies and published outcomes.
- Leave unverified facts explicit and connect readers to the source.
Search and Appraisal Limits
For this edition, public searches included Yu Sleep trial and complaint queries, PubMed ingredient records and seller-listed references. Some papers were available only as abstracts. We did not conduct an exhaustive trial-registry search or purchase the supplement. “Not verified” describes this check; it does not establish that a document does not exist.
Who Wrote and Reviewed It?
The editorial byline is Biraj Health Care. AI assisted research and writing. No licensed clinician review or specialist qualification is claimed. Readers should assess the linked evidence rather than infer medical authority from the brand name.
Updates and Corrections
The October 2, 2026 edition adds direct research links, complaint response/outcome distinctions, documented refund conditions and clearer limitations. Dates reflect this work and are not an automatic freshness label. No automatic monitoring is running. New labels, credible research or changed terms should trigger a new check.
Post-Publication Checks
After changes, check rendered text, links, one H1, canonical and metadata, schema conflicts, images and layout. Search Console indexing, real-user performance and traffic outcomes require the site owner’s connected data. Publication does not guarantee crawling or ranking.
